The International oil Council organizes every year a competition about the olive oil quality.

In this edition, 9 olive oil of Portugal participated in a total of 73. 

Portugal was the country that received more prizes in 2007: a 1st Prize for lightly fruty, a 2nd prize to medium fruty and a 3rd Prize for Lightly fruty.
